How do you decorate for the holidays?

At Christmas time, I admire those with chic, minimalist decor. I'm just not like that, unfortunately. At Christmas, more is more. I found this Connecticut family house of Lisa and Eric Hilderbrand in Traditional Home. The lush greenery and cozy interiors feel lovely to me.
Agreed and these images are just PERFECT!!! love it :-) We've been so busy that we toned it down a bit this year as we're not having our annual party -but still a big colorful tree, garland and a big wreath out front and some new sort of LED figural trees from restoration hardware that I love -and bowls of my favorite antique glass ornaments on every tabletop. Thats 'cutting back' in my book!
